Lent is the period of preparation for the celebration of the greatest Christian mystery, the death of Christ on Good Friday and His Resurrection on Easter Sunday. It is a 40-day period marked byprayer, fasting and abstinence, and almsgiving.

Grilling is popular at my house and fresh tuna steaks are one of my favorite things to grill. We enjoy them just brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt but sometimes we want somethings a little different. This is a great marinade for tuna or any firm fish. The easy part of marinating fish is that it marinates quickly. It only takes 30 minutes to an hour.
Honey Citrus Grilled Tuna Recipe
2 tuna steaks
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
sea salt
pepper
Place everything in a zip lock bag. Close tightly and move it all around to mix well. Place in fridge and let sit for 30 minutes. Drain and discard marinade. Grill the tuna to desired doneness. Be sure to avoid overcooking the tuna or it will become dry.
If you haven't grilled tuna before, it is quick and easy. Try it!
